As a busy practice, we strive to accommodate all of our patients as best we can. Missed appointments or late cancellations can prevent others from accessing timely care and contribute to delays.

To help us manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee.

Appointment Reminders

Please note that our appointment reminders (phone calls, texts and emails) are provided as a courtesy only. We kindly ask all patients to record and keep track of their appointment times, as it is ultimately your responsibility to attend on time.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend for your appointment this is a DNA (Did Not Attend) and will mean that you will have to wait several more weeks for another appointment.

Failed appointments and inadequate notice of less than 24 hrs may incur a fee.

This can be avoided by calling us or having someone call on your behalf.

We have an answer machine on 24 hrs so a message can be left if we are not available.

We understand that unexpected things can happen but repeated missed appointments or late cancellations significantly impact our ability to provide timely care to all our patients.

If appointments are missed frequently or without sufficient notice, we may need to reconsider your eligibility for future bookings at our practice.
